Comprehensive Data Protection Agreement for the SwarX Application

Effective Date: August 16, 2026

1. Executive Introduction

Welcome to the official legal and privacy documentation for SwarX (identified uniformly via the package descriptor com.musicxanas), a specialized offline audio playback engine engineered and deployed globally by Rahmani International.

This document serves as a legally binding manifesto that thoroughly governs the operational relationship between you (the "End User") and our software infrastructure. In an epoch defined by unauthorized data harvesting and systemic privacy intrusions, SwarX has been intentionally architected as a localized sanctuary for your media consumption.

By downloading, installing, compiling, or executing SwarX on your compatible mobile apparatus, you explicitly signify your acknowledgment, understanding, and unreserved acceptance of the operational paradigms detailed systematically below.

2. The "Zero Data Architecture" Doctrine

Fundamental Premise: SwarX functions entirely independently of cloud infrastructure. We categorically state that we do not want, collect, parse, or transmit your personal data.

2.1 Complete Absence of User Authentication

Unlike contemporary media applications that construct extensive behavioral profiles, SwarX incorporates a strict No-Login Topology. The application source code is entirely devoid of user authentication libraries, OAuth protocols, biometric ledger mechanisms, or credential parsing algorithms.

2.2 No Telemetry or Behavioral Tracking

We do not monitor your interaction with the application. Information regarding your musical preferences, playlist constructions, playback frequency, equalizer configurations, or the duration of your usage sessions remains strictly confined to the volatile memory (RAM) and local storage of your personal device. No metrics are aggregated and pushed to our servers.

3. Android OS Permissions & Hardware Integration

To execute its primary directive as a localized media player, SwarX must interface securely with your device's operating system. We request only the most critical permissions, justified transparently as follows:

3.1 Storage & Media Access (READ_MEDIA_AUDIO)

Technical Necessity: To generate a functional interface, the app must scan specific device directories where media files are historically stored. This permission empowers SwarX to decode local audio tracks (e.g., MP3, FLAC, WAV), extract embedded ID3 metadata (Artist, Album), and render album cryptography.

Boundary Constraint: This is a highly restrictive Read-Only mandate. SwarX does not alter, delete, duplicate, or transmit your personal documents, photographs, or video files. It operates strictly within the boundaries of audio MIME types.

3.2 Background Operations & Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS)

Technical Necessity: Audio playback is primarily a background task. To prevent the Android OS's aggressive battery-optimization protocols (Doze Mode) from terminating the audio thread, SwarX utilizes a Foreground Service.

Boundary Constraint: Android architectural laws mandate that any Foreground Service must be accompanied by an active Notification. We utilize this mandate solely to provide you with a persistent, interactive Media Controller (Play/Pause/Skip buttons) on your lock screen and status bar. We do not push promotional alerts, advertisements, or external messaging via this channel.

4. Operating System Sandboxing & Security Posture

The security of your local media repository is intrinsically linked to the cryptographic standards of your device's underlying Operating System (Android).

  • Application Sandboxing: SwarX runs within a discrete, heavily monitored execution environment (sandbox) provisioned by the Android Linux kernel. It cannot access the memory space or data clusters of other applications installed on your device (e.g., banking apps, secure messengers).
  • Hardware Encryption: If your physical device is secured utilizing modern Android FBE (File-Based Encryption) combined with a robust screen lock, the localized data and caches generated by SwarX are mathematically safeguarded against unauthorized physical extraction.

5. Third-Party Frameworks Ecosystem

Zero-Ad Commitment: SwarX is not monetized via behavioral advertising. The source code does not contain SDKs from entities such as Meta, Google AdMob, or Amazon Audience Network.

Notwithstanding our internal isolation policies, the application is distributed via the Google Play Store and executes on devices running Google Mobile Services (GMS). Consequently, Google autonomously collects aggregated, non-personally identifiable metrics (such as installation statistics, uninstallation rates, and Android Vitals crash logs). This ecosystem-level data collection is governed unilaterally by Google's Privacy Policy, and Rahmani International disclaims all liability regarding Google's overarching data processing methodologies.

6. Minors & Global COPPA Compliance

SwarX is unequivocally classified as safe for all age demographics. We maintain rigid compliance with international child protection statutes including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA - USA), the GDPR-K (Europe), and the DPDP Act 2023 (India).

Because the software lacks any networked data transmission capabilities and requires zero registration, children interacting with SwarX are organically insulated from digital profiling, predatory tracking, and targeted marketing algorithms. Parents can confidently deploy this application on a minor's device.

7. Governing Law, Jurisprudence & Dispute Resolution

This legal manifesto, alongside your usage of the SwarX Application, shall be governed by and construed in absolute accordance with the sovereign laws of the Republic of India, explicitly disregarding any conflict of law principles.

In the highly improbable event of a legal controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to this privacy policy or the application's software architecture, both the End User and Rahmani International irrecoverably agree to submit to the exclusive, personal, and subject-matter jurisdiction of the competent judicial courts located within Patna, Bihar, India.

8. Limitation of Liability & General Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable jurisprudence, Rahmani International, its founder Anas Rahmani, its subsidiaries, software engineers, and corporate affiliates shall under no circumstances be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, device usability, localized data corruption, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the application; (ii) any unauthorized access to your device's local file system by malicious third-party software independent of SwarX; (iii) any systemic bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our application by a sophisticated external entity.

SwarX is distributed strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, devoid of any warranties, express or implied.

9. Corporate Contact & Grievance Protocol

Transparency is the cornerstone of Rahmani International. Should you require granular clarification regarding specific permission scopes, or if you need to escalate a legal inquiry, our dedicated support infrastructure is at your disposal.
